PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are stocks that are not currently on hand, and as a result, there is an approximate waiting period of 2 to 8 weeks from the closing pre-order date to receive these items.

FULL PAYMENT:
Pre-orders require full payment to be made at the time of checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.

SHIPMENT TIMELINE: 
We are unable to provide an exact ship date or guarantee that products will be available within 2 weeks. However, we will ship orders as soon as the items become available.

DELAYED ARRIVAL:
Occasionally, ordered items may arrive later than the estimated 2-week timeframe due to various factors, such as customs processing.

PATIENCE REQUIRED: 
We kindly request that you refrain from placing an order if you are unable to wait for the specified waiting period.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you choose to combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, please note that all items will be shipped together once all pre-ordered items are available.
